Counterweight forklift generally refers to a forklift equipped with counterweights at the back. This is the function of electric forklift to achieve balance through the counterweights at the back when forking, so it is also called counterweight forklift. The main structures of the counterweight forklift include power unit, rotating device, steering device, working device, hydraulic system and braking system. The electric forklift factory simply tells us their respective performance.

Power device: generally, there are two kinds of electric forklift devices, namely, internal combustion engine and battery storage device, which are used to power the forklift.

Rotating device: the driving device of the counterweight forklift truck is characterized by that the forward and backward gears and speeds are roughly the same.

Steering device: This device must be used to control the steering problem of the counterweight forklift truck, generally consisting of steering gear, pull rod and steering wheel. Forklift steering device is characterized by that the steering wheel is at the rear of the vehicle body.

Working device: It is composed of inner mast, outer mast, fork frame, fork, chain wheel, chain, lifting oil cylinder and tilt oil cylinder.

Hydraulic system: the device that provides power for lifting and tilting the tail fork is composed of oil pump, multiple directional valve and pipeline.

Brake device: similar to the brake device of an automobile, but the brake of a forklift is only arranged on the driving wheel. The main parameter of forklift performance is the rated lifting capacity under the standard lifting height and standard load center distance. The load center distance is the distance from the center of gravity of the goods to the front wall of the vertical section of the fork.

Counterweight forklift is suitable for loading, unloading, stacking and handling of finished goods in ports, stations and enterprises. Forklifts of less than 3 tons can also be operated in cabins, train carriages and containers.
