Who are we?
Jiangsu Qunda Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. was established on November 28, 2013, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is located at No. 69 Tonggang Avenue, Zhiqian Town, Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and is situated in the Zhiqian Modern Industrial Park of Jintan District, Changzhou City. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of mechanical equipment and its accessories; Rolling processing of alloy cast steel parts and carbon structural steel; Production and sales of automotive parts and stainless steel products. At the end of 2015, the company completed its equity restructuring and subsequently carried out large-scale energy-saving technology upgrades on its existing equipment, resulting in an annual production scale of 110000 tons of castings and 90000 tons of forgings (totaling 200000 tons) for the entire plant.
The company has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation conditions: it is located west of Maoshan and adjacent to Changshen Expressway; South of National Highway 104; Located north of the Yangtze River Expressway and the Shanghai Nanjing Expressway; To the east lies the S241 highway and the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal. The factory covers an area of over 170 acres and has an independent dock. It has four 300 ton berths with an annual throughput of 1.15 million tons, providing efficient logistics support for raw material transportation and product shipping.

The main products include:
▪ Casting parts: lining plates for mining ball mills, grinding balls, high-end balancing parts, high-end precision castings, etc
▪ Forged parts: ship, nuclear power, wind power spare parts, new energy vehicle modules, mechanical parts materials, etc
▪ Other products: large gear ring, hollow shaft, idler, base, wheel hub, stern post, stainless steel ingots of various materials
The product is widely used in engineering machinery, mining machinery, ships, nuclear power, aerospace, wind power, high-speed rail and other fields.

▪ Smelting system: energy-saving and environmentally friendly casting furnace, multiple medium frequency electric furnaces (10T/25T/30T), 30T electric arc furnace, electric slag remelting furnace (5T/15T), LF refining furnace (25T/30T)
▪ Forging system: 5000 ton and 2000 ton fast forging units
▪ Heat treatment: Multiple trolley heat treatment furnaces (25T to 140T level)
▪ Testing equipment: German direct reading spectrometer, universal tensile testing machine, melting thermometer, etc
▪ The factory area includes buildings A to G, with a green area of 7145 square meters

Production Equipment
There are 5 iron mold sand coating production lines in total, which adopt domestic professional automatic iron mold sand coating lines and semi-automatic shell molding lines, and can produce 100000 tons of castings annually and use 2 tons, 3 tons and 5 tons of medium frequency induction furnaces for smelting.
