Changzhou Keyu Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the southwest of Jintan District, the hometown of Hualuogeng. It is adjacent to Maoshan and Changsheng Heights, the revolutionary base in the west, 104 National Highway in the south, Yanjiang Expressway and Shanghai Nanjing Expressway in the north, S241 Highway and Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal in the east. The land and water transportation is very convenient.
The company was founded in April 2003, with a registered capital of 60 million yuan, and carried out equity restructuring at the end of 2010. After the equity restructuring, the company has carried out large-scale energy-saving technical transformation on the original equipment, and the production capacity and technical level have been greatly improved. The company has more than 500 employees, including 6 senior engineers, 17 engineers, 45 senior technicians, 152 professional technicians, including 45 with college degree or above. The company covers an area of more than 170 mu and has an independent wharf.
What can we do for you?
The company focuses on casting manufacturing, with excellent equipment and advanced technology. At present, there is one V-method casting production line, one alkaline phenolic resin sand casting production line, and a set of sodium silicate sand production equipment. Four sets of 20t and one set of 5t medium frequency electric furnaces are used for smelting, supplemented by one set of 30t VOD refining furnace and one set of LF refining furnace, equipped with direct reading spectrometer made in Germany to detect the composition of molten steel, and supporting casting heat treatment equipment to ensure that high-quality products are obtained.
The company has an annual output of 150000 tons of carbon steel, alloy steel, wear-resistant steel, and various high-strength gray iron and ductile iron castings, with the maximum weight of 40 tons. The products cover engineering machinery, precision machine tools, wind power, marine parts, mining machinery, high-speed rail and other fields, such as large gear ring, hollow shaft, carrier, base, hub, stern column, injection molding machine head and tail plate, mill liner, box, column, etc., and can also produce stainless steel ingots of various materials. Long term production practice has enabled us to obtain rich experience and customer recognition.

There are 5 iron mold sand coating production lines in total, which adopt domestic professional automatic iron mold sand coating lines and semi-automatic shell molding lines, and can produce 100000 tons of castings annually and use 2 tons, 3 tons and 5 tons of medium frequency induction furnaces for smelting.
