Changzhou Aobei New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was jointly invested and established by Qianxi Aodi Ai Machinery Casting Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Qunda Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Keyu Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the company is 20 million yuan. The company is located in the hometown of Hualuogeng -- the southwest of Jintan City, west of the revolutionary base Maoshan and Changsheng Expressway, south of 104 National Highway, north of Yanjiang Expressway and Huning Expressway, It is adjacent to the S241 Highway and the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal in the east, and the land and water transportation is very convenient.
The Group has more than 300 employees, including 2 senior engineers, 5 engineers, 22 senior technicians and 60 technical professionals. The company covers an area of more than 190 mu, and has its own independent wharf. The company now has V method casting production line, automatic casting and forging production line, coating line, metal structure welding parts production line, alkaline phenolic resin sand casting production line, sodium silicate sand production line, and optical spectrometer for testing equipment. There are 5 iron mold sand coating production lines in total, which adopt domestic professional automatic iron mold sand coating lines and semi-automatic shell molding lines, and can produce 100000 tons of castings annually and use 2 tons, 3 tons and 5 tons of medium frequency induction furnaces for smelting.
